Speaking with Randy you know in an instant that he is a man on a mission. Constantly on the go scouting for his next fitness club location and looking for new ways to spread his message of making life better through fitness. He goes about his work with a passion and determination that is unyielding. Yet still ensures that he takes the time to live his own philosophy and enjoys life.I believe that life is a series experiences and at the end of our life those experiences and the people that love us will be the most important things we posses. So make sure your experiences in life are ones worth remembering. When you relax do it in style feeling good about what you have accomplished. When you play, play the way you want to play. Don’t let health be a limiting factor, let it be your ticket to fun. Why spend a moment living in an unfit body not able to enjoy what life has to offer?

We are in the process of opening a new club in hanoi. It’s our biggest club yet at over 5000 m2 and i want to make sure it’s the best club we’ve ever built. That takes a tremendous amount of planning, execution and just plain hard work. Which means i have to be at my very best in order to have the creativity, drive and passion to make it happen. If i want my company to operate at its best then i have to be at my best as well.

 

“I do not consider myself a fitness fanatic but i have lived in an unfit body and a fit one and i can tell you first hand that life is immensely more pleasurable when you are fit. We get one chance at this life so why not make it the best it can possibly be? Exercise does so much more than just keep your body healthy.  It strengthens every part of you. Your body, your mind, your emotions, your character…everything in life becomes better.

 

Since the opening of its first fitness center in Vietnam in 2007 California Fitness & Yoga Centers has championed the mission to “make life better” through fitness, a philosophy that founder and Managing Director Randy Dobson wants his Company to take from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi and everywhere in between.
